Download FAQ's
How do I receive my downloads?
Your downloads will be accesible in two ways. Immediately as you make the payment unless the shopify website is having issues, you should recieve two emails. One to thank you for the order and another to download the file. A pop up will also appear on the cart screen with a button that says 'Download'.
What if it doesn't work?
You have five attempts to download the files. If you have issues beyond those please contact me via the site contact page and I will endeavour to answer your enquiry as soon as possible.
What file formats are the downloads?
All files are hi res JPG files which have been sized at 300dpi which is best for printing and, sized to match the print size indicated. Please see the individual information on each product page.
What if I can't open the files?
The files are large and therefore will be downloaded in a ZIP file. This will need to be expanded to unpack the files. If you have an outdated software program or computer that does not have up to date operating system you may have trouble unpacking the ZIP. If this occurs. Please reach out and I will arrange to get your files to you as soon as possible.
What if I don't like the quality of the artwork once it's printed?
I have tested all of the files for printing quality by printing the files on both ordinary paper, and by utilising high end giclee printing services. There is a spectrum of ways in which you can print the files. The outcome will depend on how you choose to do so. If you choose to have the files printed by a copy service on ordinary 80gsm paper, you may be surprised that the quality will be okay. However, for better quality on say a canvas print, there are many online print services. We use www.posterfactory.com.au for our printing and they offer a superb service from ease of website use to the final product.
Unfortunately there are no returns available on downloadable files. But I will endeavour to ensure you are happy with your outcome by offering my advice.
