Elysium - Boomer Bay, Tasmania - watercolour and gouache

This painting is very special to me.  It took hours of fine brush strokes to paint magic into it because the magic was there in person. It was like I'd stumbled into an illustrated world.  I photographed it and then painted it from both my memory of the feelings I had while there and the photos I had taken in July 2023.  I used gouache and watercolour to reflect the ephemerality of the experience and tried to apply a little magic realism as well.    Please enquire for more photos video and courier costs.  This product comes either as it is, mounted onto laminated board or framed in a professionally made bespoke wooden box frame.   Unframed width: 96 height 110.  Framed add approximately 4 cm each way.
