Imagining Wima
Imagining Wima
Wima served as one of the artist's beloved home attendants, known in Tok Pisin as Haus Bois. Felicity fondly remembers Wima's acts of kindness, such as swiftly preparing sugar cane for her to suck on while she explored her surroundings and played.
Wima would often go outside with a machete and swiftly chop the sugar can in the front garden, strip it back and give it to the artist to suck as candy.
